Arun kumar is a passionate professional with more than 10 years of experience in the field of market research helping businesses to take strategic decisions around consumer insights, communication and brand management. He comes with a strong background in areas of client servicing, data analysis and critical thinking.

He began his career with Tata Consultancy Services where he gained experience in consumer insights as well as the innovation segment of research. Further, he went on to working with leading Analytics company in the insights team where he also helped test creatives for clients thus maximizing their brand impact. His industry expertise spans across leading clients in the BFSI and FMCG industry.

He has a hands on experience in wide variety of research solutions namely brand health, brand equity, usage & attitude, creative evaluation, concept testing, mystery audits and customer satisfaction studies.
