He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Statistics from the University of Nairobi and is currently pursuing his Master of Science in Social Statistics from the same university. He was also awarded the Best Presentation and Best Paper Award by the MSRA (Market and Social Research Association) during the 4th annual Market Research Convention in May 2012.
In the East African cluster Charles brings on board invaluable agency and client-side experience. As a market researcher he has mastery over several sectors including Banking & Telecommunications, Aviation, Non-Profit Organizations and FMCG. On the team he manages different projects and accounts as well as servicing clients.
During the 10 years of market research, he has accumulated vast experience and skills in Data Visualization, Consumer Insight formulation and Brand building. Charles is no stranger to the ways of operating in the East African research market and brings with him years of experience from multi-national research firms (e.g. Millward Brown and InterMedia Survey Institute) and client experience with Kenya Airways Limited where he was the Research Manager.
