Dima has worked in several countries, including Syria, Germany and UAE. She has worked with national and international non-profit organizations, supporting their qualitative research and collecting demographic and social surveys.

She has worked across sectors and is passionate about market research and monitoring social media platforms. She has managed and moderated digital communities in Arabic and English. She has experience in FMCG category – worked extensively on Coty Cosmetics, Coke and Nadec.

Dima has a master’s in social sciences from the Carl von Ossietzky University of Oldenburg, Germany. She is fluent in Arabic, English, German and French.
