Elias is an experienced and extremely driven client servicing professional in the market research industry. His over 12 years experience that spans across several markets covering UAE, GCC and Levant markets.
He has worked with leading multinational market research companies in UAE and GCC since 2009 managing key accounts and clients in the government, semi-government as well as non-government sectors. He has wide exposure and in-depth understanding of different consumer insights generation techniques, his industry experience ranges across Government, Semi-Government, BFSI, Telecom, FMCG, Automotive, Oil and Gas, Retail, Real Estate and Public Services.
He managed a large pool of clients, some of the achievements include a voice of customer project for a key government entity in Oman market across all governorates. Also worked with key government entities in Dubai on multiple customer satisfaction, employee satisfaction, mystery shopping and star rating surveys. Recently he has also completed a market assessment study for a leading oil and gas company in UAE & ME.
He has extensive experience working on various adhoc and tracking studies with key focus on customer satisfaction, customer experience, mystery shopping, brand health surveys, usage and attitude studies, market assessment studies, products and services evaluation, etc.
He is a certified market research professional from University of Georgia and holds a bachelor’s degree in software engineering.
