Currently Jovias is Senior Insights Manager at 4SiGHT Research & Analytics. He has experienced in Banking, Telecom, Insurance, Hospitality, FMCG, Fashion and Public Services Industry. Jovias holds Bachelor of Business Management with majors in Marketing from Bangalore University.

He has over 8 years of experience in insights, analytics, customer experience CX and marketing strategies. Possesses strong knowledge of strategic analysis in quantitative and qualitative methods. Has successfully launched and implemented large scale CX projects for banking and telecom sector in the region. A great team player with solid interpersonal and creative skills, results-oriented, decisive with proven records in initiating strong business alliances.
