Pauline holds a Masters Degree in Business Administration and Strategic Management which she pursued after getting her Bachelor Degree in Education (ARTS). She is also a Board Member of the MSRA (Market and Social Research Association) & AMRA (African Marketing Research Association) and a member of Marketing Society of Kenya (MSK) and Chartered Institute of Marketing (CIM)
She brings to the table her invaluable experience in qualitative research across Africa from the Banking, Telecoms and FMCG sectors. She has proven to be highly resourceful in managing multinational projects in these sectors from fieldwork coordination, research tools development and disseminating findings through client workshops.
With 10 years of experience in great positions at Ipsos, Pauline has over 12 years of experience in Market Research extending across both Anglophone and Francophone countries in Africa including a stint in Cameroon where she worked for 2 years as a Project Manager. She excels in Consumer Insight, Data Collection and Analysis, Brand Building and Brand Health Trackers.
