The research was conducted among citizens spanning select age, gender and socio-economic classes in KSA. A custom-built simulator was provided to the client to model multiple scenarios of consumer preferences &amp; property configurations. In addition to the Conjoint Analysis, the study also delved into consumer preferences, attitudes &amp; behavior with respect to property purchase.<br \/>\n[\/vc_column_text][vc_custom_heading text=&#8221;The Outcome&#8221; font_container=&#8221;tag:h4|text_align:left|color:%23000000&#8243; use_theme_fonts=&#8221;yes&#8221;][vc_column_text]Research helped the client determine the housing preferences of potential buyers of property in the heritage location.<\/p>\n<p>Based upon the insights obtained from the Conjoint Analysis, the client configured the construction in terms of type, size, location, amenities\/facilities, and distance from key heritage locations so as to maximize revenue potential.<\/p>\n<p>The study also helped determine how much potential buyers were willing to pay for various configurations of housing &#8211;
