The Need
The client, a large government economic city, was organizing a mega event that includes international golf tournament with participants being World renowned golfers and also conduct concerts, cultural and entertainment activities at their premises.
Towards this, a need was generated to measure the satisfaction with this entire event (Golf tournament + other activities) amongst different stakeholders – Golf enthusiasts, High profile individuals, Saudi families and Partners / Sponsors & International Media was

Online interviews were conducted with the target segment. The customized survey was conducted amongst the target group.
The Outcome
- Activation and high-end experiences have resulted in the single best contributor to our brand
- Very high satisfaction, recommendation, contact/lead generation, and brand building
- Majority of the customers were found to be ‘extremely satisfied’ with their event experience
