Deepak is a partner at 4SiGHT. He began his career in market research 20 years ago – 16 of these in the Middle East. Prior to this, he headed the management and strategic wing at a leading global research agency.

Deepak has multi sectorial experience that covers a wide spectrum of industries including Banking & Finance, Insurance, Telecom, Real estate & retail Assets, FMCG, Retail, Healthcare, Business segment, etc.

His has worked across with different research applications: Segmentation, U&As; Customer Experience; Brand Equity, Communication Evaluation; Concept testing, Choice Modelling studies, Customer Analytics among others, Deepak’s contribution to his clients have been crucial in defining business and marketing strategies.

He is a passionate advocate of new age methodologies like NeuroScience, Behavioural Science, Agile Methodologies in unlocking customer insights with the clients. He is an avid Technology enthusiast and looks to leverage it in all facets of research and insights lifecycle.

He has worked on projects covering diverse geographies – North Africa, Middle East, Turkey, Pakistan, India.

Deepak has presented at different marketing conferences and authored articles and thought leadership papers.
