Krati is a passionate professional with more than 4.5 years of experience in the field of market research helping businesses to take strategic decisions around consumer insights, communication and brand management. She comes with a strong background in areas of client servicing, data analysis and critical thinking.
She began her career with a global research agency where she gained experience in consumer insights as well as the innovation segment of research. Further, she went on to working with other leading global agency in the insights team where she also helped test creatives for clients thus maximizing their brand impact. Her industry expertise spans across leading clients in the BFSI and FMCG industry.
She has a hands on experience in wide variety of research solutions namely brand health, brand equity, usage & attitude, creative evaluation, concept testing, mystery audits and customer satisfaction studies.
